Evolution Golf: Ongoing Shopify development for a seven-store golf retailer
Evolution Golf sells clubs, trolleys, shoes and bags online and across seven UK stores. We act as their Shopify development team: themes, custom apps, checkout extensions, a members portal and a steady stream of conversion tests.

The relationship
Evolution Golf came to us for theme updates and stayed for everything else. Today we run their Shopify roadmap: front-end, apps, checkout and the tooling behind their membership and wholesale programmes.
What we've built
- New theme builds and ongoing Liquid development for a large, brand-heavy catalogue.
- Custom Shopify apps for product data, discounts and wholesale ordering.
- A members portal with points and member pricing, and a post-purchase checkout extension that runs a four-way A/B test on membership messaging on the Thank You and Order Status pages.
- Email flows and on-site promotions tied to margin, not just revenue.
The result
A store that ships improvements every month without a rebuild. Conversion, average order value and membership sign-ups have all moved in the right direction, test after test.
