The brief
CBD is a hard category: platforms restrict advertising, customers are wary and the market is crowded with lookalike stores. CBD Shopy needed to look like the trustworthy option and convert the traffic they could get.
What we did
- Refreshed the brand with a cleaner mark and a calmer palette.
- Rebuilt the store on Shopify with clear product education, lab results and reviews at the point of decision.
- Ran compliant search campaigns and built email flows to lift repeat purchase.
