Create Gift Love: Shopify growth for a New Forest maker of personalised gifts
Create Gift Love has made personalised keepsakes in wood and leather in the New Forest since 2012, for more than 500,000 customers. We run their Shopify store, and brought their sister brand SBRI into it as one shop.

The brief
Create Gift Love sells personalised gifts: photo keepsakes, cake toppers, new-parent gifts and anniversary presents, each made to order in the New Forest. Personalisation means every product page carries options, uploads and previews, and every order has to reach the workshop correctly. Their sister brand SBRI, handcrafted leather purses and accessories, ran as a separate store we had built earlier.
What we did
- Customised the Boost Shopify theme around personalisation: photo uploads, option sets and clear previews at the point of purchase.
- Added upsells to lift average order value without slowing the product page.
- Moved SBRI into Create Gift Love as a sister brand, and replaced sbri.co.uk with a holding page that sends customers to the new home.
- Set up Google Ads revenue tracking and Microsoft Ads UET with Consent Mode, so paid search is measured on real revenue.
The result
One store, two brands, and campaigns tracked on revenue. Bigger baskets from upsells, a smoother path for personalised orders and paid search that's measured on real revenue.
